The new CreditFactors LEGAL knowledgebase

I started a separate knowledge base for LEGAL issues, included with the CreditFactors subscription.

I am NOT an attorney, but due to my extensive credit and collection litigation, I sure learned a lot in the last 7 years. 

I can NOT give you LEGAL advice and I will NOT write your filings.

However, I CAN point you towards legal resources, filings written by attorneys, court orders, etc.

I'll be posting much of my research for my own litigation. 

Subscribers are welcome to post their issues and questions at the CreditFactors forum and I will try to add relevant info to the LEGAL knowledgebase.
