Trans Union 726 FICO score exactly 2 years after filing for bankruptcy |
|
|
TU FICO score 24 months after Ch. 7 filing -- 726!! You can see from the positive factors that there is at least one open revolving account reported and that it was opened 60 months ago. This is where the bankruptcy or default PLANNING comes in. The consumer negotiated with one credit card issuer that he would PAY the account if they didn't report it as "included in bankruptcy" or "reaffirmed" or with any other derogatory notation. The effort paid off quickly, as you can see by this TU FICO score. Experian and Equifax were around 700. It's nice when you can kick back and do nothing but wait for derogs to drop off because your FICO scores are what they SHOULD be. |
