If you can't pay your bills - are you judgement-proof? bankruptcy?

You may have seen the tenative title of my book:

RESISTANCE: 20 Reasons to STOP Paying your Credit Cards.

If you can't keep your legitimate accounts current or you've been struggling to make the minimum payments and you have substantial debt, you should consider bankruptcy.   If you don't qualify, I can help you assess your options.

I will NOT pay your accounts and I can NOT keep creditors and collectors from suing you.

But there ARE things you should do or NOT do to minimize chances of getting sued.

And if you file for bankruptcy, you can have FICO scores over 700 within a couple of years from the filing if you re-establish credit and have NO new derogatory accounts and low balances.

I highly recommend that you subscribe to CreditFactors and if you need personal assistance, the Credit Review can be used to asses your options and to provide long term recommendations.
