Serving Mark Cella - FDRS

In California and some other states the COURT used to serve the defendant and you only had to pay for the registered mailing fee. Check for CURRENT rules of YOUR court online.

Since I'm not aware of anyone suing yet, I don't know whether Cella accepts mail or tries to avoid service. Since FDRS is NOT a corporation, you can't serve through the Secretary of State in Cal.

While FDRS sends out letters with the Arkansas address, I have no info on any means to serve there. For now it's just Mark Cella as per the LA County dba filing.

Please let me know if you have trouble serving Cella.
