Creating OPPORTUNITIES

I'm hoping to provide a platform for many to start their own business.

Operating a business is not easy and often not nearly as profitable as expected, but it definitely beats being unemployed, especially after the benefits run out.

What do you WANT to do?

What kind of service could your community use?

Food and health care will ALWAYS be needed.

The common good bank was going to focus on making loans to small businesses, but that's not happening for a while, there is the possibility of establishing a service similar to Prosper.com, but without the commercial aspects and with a lot more common sense.

At minimum, we can provide resources and tips on how to get started, preparing a business plan, dealing with paperwork, taxes, accepting credit cards, etc.

PayPal now charges $30/month PLUS 3% of the payment to accept credit cards and that's a lot of money for a small buisness.
