FDRS in Los Angeles, Cal - no corporate license

FDRS claims to eliminate debts, but after receiving NUMEROUS complaints, I'm convinced that FDRS is a 200% scam.

California Department of Justice is investigating. Please check http://fdrs-debt-elimination-scam.info/ for the latest info!

According to the BBB, they are at

I searched at http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/list.html

Found a "FDRS LLC" in Sacramento, but I don't think that's it.

http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowL ... 9929610066

So don't sue THEM unless there's some evidence linking them.

FDRS and Federal Debt Relief System filed several DBAs, but I suppose I have to call them to get the address.

It'll probably take at least 2 weeks to get the filings. They do NOT provide information over the telephone. I was on the phone for over 14 minutes, they have the most obnoxious recording. I tried to get to a supervisor to find out why they are protecting the criminals, but I finally gave up.

The REAL problem aren't the thugs at FDRS, but that the government spares no expense to PROTECT the criminals from lawsuits.

California is one of the most protective states and crime thrives. The regulators ignored my complaints against California businesses, as I've documented many times in my lawsuits against the mortgage junk faxers.

Recently, California even changed its consumer protection laws to remove the private right of action for many claims.
